Delete your VAMOS account

This page is for the VAMOS rider app and the VAMOS Driver app by Agard Enterprise.

Fastest: in the app

• VAMOS (riders): open Account, scroll down and tap Delete account.
• VAMOS Driver: open the menu and tap Delete account.

Deletion is refused while a trip, order or booking is in progress, or while money is owed either way. The app tells you what to finish first.

Enter the phone number you use with VAMOS. We will contact you on that number to confirm it is you, then delete the account, usually within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, sign-in, saved places, favourites, messages and event RSVPs.
• For drivers: your driver profile, vehicles and location.

What is kept

• Records of completed trips, orders, bookings and payments, with your name removed, for accounting, tax and dispute purposes.
